Buying
Payments are processed using a SSL secure PayPal shopping cart. All major credit cards are accepted. Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated if the shipping address is in Massachusetts.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped 3 days after receiving order. There may be an occasion when it may take a bit longer of which you would be notified. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For shipping outside the United States please inquire. We use delivery confirmation for all packages.Returns
If for any reason you wish to return the jewelry item please let us know. Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the package. It is necessary to contact us for return authorization. It must be in its original condition, unused and securely packed to prevent damage. It is important for returns to use USPS delivery confirmation. If item is lost or damaged during shipping, the carrier is responsible for the refund. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Refunds do not include return shipping costs. Custom orders or jewelry that has be resized are final sales.
Repairs
Meticulous attention is paid to the detail and construction of the jewelry. However, there may be a time when a repair is necessary. For the first 90 days the repair is free, excluding Shipping, Insurance and any Materials needing to be replaced. After 90 days there will be an additional charge for time in the repair. It is important to request price in advance.
Custom Resizing and Orders
Modifications to necklace lengths for most pieces are available. Prices may vary based on the materials used and labor. Custom orders are accepted. Contact me by e-mail with any questions.
